LOTT INSPECTION SDN. BHD. was incorporated in April 1986 by a group of highly competent and well-recognized NDT professionals. From a humble beginning, Lott Inspection Sdn.Bhd. has grown leader in innovative and advanced inspection applications.
LOTT has been ISO certified since 2006 and has in 2010 upgraded the certification to ISO 9001:2015.
Always looking towards providing quality services, the Company is now have been accredited to MS ISO/IEC 17020: 2012 by MIBAS and NDT Firm Approval Program of DNV-CP-0640 and recognition of NDT Supplier for Marine & Offshore according NR 669 by BV.
LOTT is certified by THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING (ASNT), Inc. International service center becoming the fifth company in the world and the first company outside the United States to earn ASNT’s Employer-Based Certification (EBC) Program accreditation in NDT Service Providers and Inspection Agencies meet the minimum compliance with either SNT-TC-1A or CP-189 through the employer’s Written Practice.

Quality Policy
Lott Inspection Sdn Bhd is involved in providing Professional and Quality NDT services. We have a vision to be synonymous with professionalism with faultless and safe project delivery in every operational area. A key way to achieve this is by operating a Quality Management System (QMS).
Top management is committed to:
- Satisfying applicable requirements by ensuring that customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
- Continual improvement of the QMS by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed and the focus is maintained.
- Ensure independence, and impartiality in conducting specific inspections in accordance with established standards and follow ethical practices, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Quality Objectives
- To ensure attendance of at least 1 training, technical or otherwise, a year for each confirmed employee. (Including External and Internal Trainings)
- To aim towards achieving lesser complaints from Customers’ to not exceed 2 complaints per month.
- To aim towards achieving lesser inspection non-conformities to not more than 5 cases per month. (Excluding the NC’s raised during Internal Audit)
- To respond to all Customers’ enquiries within 5 working days or as and when stipulated by Customer.
- Non-conformities and complaints from client to individual employees to not exceed 3 cases per year.
- To respond to all Customers’ complaints within 24 hours and resolve the complaints not exceeding 5 working days.
- To ensure re-taking of radiographs and re-work not exceed 5% of total based on project basis.
